SOFEC designed, constructed and supplied a Catenary Anchor Leg Mooring (CALM) Buoy system for the Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical project located about 200 kilometers (120 mi) south of Hanoi in Tinh Gia District of Thanh Hóa Province
