FPSO Armada TGT I External Turret
Scope of Work
SOFEC designed, constructed, fabricated and supplied an
external turret mooring system for Hoang Long Joint Operating Company (HLJOC), a partnership comprising of Petrovietnam, Soco International, PTTEP and OPECO. The 150,000 dwt converted Suzemax tanker can produce 45,000 bopd and capable of storing up to 1,000,000 barrels of oil.
The Te Giac Trang (TGT or White Rhinoceros) Field is located offshore Vietnam, in the northern part of Block 16-1, in the Cuu Long Basin some 100km southeast of Vung Tau, 20km northwest of the Bach Ho Field and 35km west of the Rang Dong Field.
The SOFEC external turret mooring system is ABS classed.
