Nghi Son Refinery CALM Buoy Delivered

On June 11, 2015, SOFEC successfully delivered the Nghi Son Refinery CALM Buoy System to our client JGCS. The buoy will be an integral part of the feed stock imported for refinery operations. The buoy, PLEM and piles were offloaded at the Port of Nghi Son in Vietnam and handed over to SK, one of the JGCS Consortium members. SK is responsible for the installation of the subsea pipeline and buoy system. SOFEC’s site team will mobilize in July to support installation activities and commissioning. These offshore installation activities are planned to take up to 3 weeks. SOFEC is very proud to be part of this project team. We look forward to a long term relationship with the JGS Consortium members and continued success in Vietnam.
